The following information is needed when contacting our services:

-Patient(s) identity (first and last name, telephone number, nationality, home address) Patient(s)' temporary address (country, city, hospital)
-If possible, address and number of a doctor who has examined the patient(s)
-Any information concerning the patient(s)' health condition -Identity of people/company requesting medical assistance (first and last name, telephone number, address

Following an initial period of medical examinations to analyze the patient?s health condition and assess his/her medical needs and context, we can arrange medical assistance and repatriation using a number of medical resources and the means of transportation best adapted to the patient?s condition:

-Standard ambulance: comfortable vehicle used for short distances, for patients able to travel by car but who require medical or paramedical assistance.

-Medical ambulance plane: an aircraft equipped with all necessary material including one or several stretchers. Medical/paramedical personnel on board are able to care rapidly for a patient in critical condition, as necessary.

-Passenger airplane: the patient travels on a regular passenger aircraft, accompanied by a doctor or nurse. Our medical team chooses the means of transportation which is best adapted to the patients' health condition. Several different means of transportation may be combined.
All requests for medical repatriation are subject to a price quotation for medical assistance and repatriation, and any additional services requested by the client must be prepaid.
